Lee Frei was fantastic. Knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I and my husband were impressed with his expertise and experience. He came to service our water heater, which was not heating up. He informed us of our options in a clear and understandable manner. He also performed a descaling of the unit and serviced the filter. He was well prepared for the job and completed it in a timely manner. We would definitely request Lee Frei if we need further service or if we need to buy a new unit in the future. We got service from Castleworks on the same day that I called, which was a Saturday. So glad I called them.
